Cava is located in the middle of Commercial Alley a quaint walking alley
that is home to several small businesses. Cava
features two wine bars and a chef's bar serving modern and classic
Mediterranean cuisine. Cava is the dream of two long time friends John Akar and Gregg Sessler. together they combined their years of experience in the restaurant business to build Cava.

Cava is now taking dinner reservations for parties of 4 or more! We are also now offering Chefs Tasting Menus for parties of 2 or more for only $29 per person.
