Tried Cava last night for the first time, definitely not the last! We had a fantastic experience! Patrick was a great bartender and very knowledgeable about food or at least he fooled us! Great atmosphere and great food! All of the staff was friendly and attentive!

First time at Cava last night. We were lucky enough to sit at chef's table. We not only enjoyed the food, but sitting next to strangers is an experience more restaurants need. The skill of preparation and attention to detail is awesome. The flavor profiles of every taste was very thoughfully done. We will be back again for sure!

We reserved the Chef's table last year for our anniversary. The attention that Chef Greg paid to every detail was impressive. We've been back (and brought friends) several times since. It is definitely our favorite restaurant.

Our new FAVORITE restuaunt... WOW... everything was supurb... best scallops we have ever eaten by the way! Loved the Chef's table... Thanks for a great dining experience. Can't wait to go back.

The best meal we have had in a LONG time. Chef's were fantastic, food was even better, wine list was perfect. It was 98 degrees outside and we crawled in and sat at the chef's "bar". Just spectacular. See you in a few weeks!
